The daleks should be comfortably able to outlast most of anything shown in these series, other than Naruto. The only things I could really see killing them would be Yamamoto's bankai(which honestly might not even work anyways, considering a dalek can casually shrug off a nuke).
Other than just outright blowing them away, I can think of a couple other ways Naruto characters or Bleach characters could destroy Daleks.
For example, I believe that Kisuke from Bleach could restructure them with his bankai, opening their armor so he'd be able to kill them. Shunsui's bankai could probably also kill them by means of bypassing their durability. Toshiro and Rukia could probably freeze them, an espada like Barragan could probably age them to death with respira, Aizen could kill them with a time/space warping Kurohitsuji, etc. From Naruto, I'd be willing to wager that atomic dismantling, kamui, sealing jutsu's like the totsuka blade etc., and even some of the upper-end raw power attacks of Naruto could wipe out the daleks. For example, I couldn't see a dalek tanking a biju bomb, surviving a slash from perfect Susano'o, etc.
Honestly, Naruto being the strongest of these series by far- I could see plenty of ways the daleks would be defeated here. Naruto and Sasuke specifically would probably not have much trouble with the daleks. Especially once Perfect Susano'o and Biju-sage mode come out.

Do the daleks have access to their tech beyond their trash can suits? Because the trash can suits aren't particularly impressive compared to any series, but give them access to a single ship for example and a single crew of Daleks would probably suffice to effortlessly exterminate all three settings.
''The universe convulsed. For a moment, time itself held it's breath. Then it let it out again in a chaotic amalgam of past, present and future. Might-have-been and could-have-done crashed into what-if and never-was.
Caught at the edge of the temporal wave, the TARDIS rode out the storm. The first the Doctor knew of it was when the ground dropped from under his feet and his head cracked into the console.
...
High above his head, the roof of the TARDIS had faded into a view of the contorted star systems as they folded in on themselves. Stars went nova; black holes collapsed; planets collided and spun away into oblivion. Several whole galaxies vanished from history - never having existed. The view and the readings from the instruments that were still working told him everything he needed to know.
"The Time Destructor," he murmured, the words lost in the alarms. So the Daleks had finally got it working, finally deployed it in this endless war against his own people, the Time Lords. Even here at the edge of the blast sphere it was impossible to predict the effects of such a device.''
The Dalek civilisation could defeat all three with one Dalek. If its just a number of Daleks (as units and not as an ambiguous collective) with no back up or support... then I'd say a few dozen. Or 1-4 if its the elite kind. The best way to defeat the Daleks is not with direct combat but to outsmart them like the Doctor does... in which case, the Naruto universe has the greatest chance as they have a 'see through deception' philosophy ingrained into their society. HAving said that even if they do outsmart the daleks, and find a way to nuetralise even the strongest kind... I'd say a battalion of about 50-200 would SEAL the deal.
