okay evry time to make your first picks

here are the caps

Strength: Namor
Durability: Thing
Speed: Quick silver for reaction speed you can go a little above sthis for flight speed
TP/TK: Emma Frost/ Aquaman/Jean Grey
Tech: Regular pre extremis Ironman
Energy: Dr Light/ Ray/ Sinister

also no power copying

no one hit ko's

no duplication

no spellcasters

no time control

and the order of the picks

1st round- free for all
2nd- round the team picked 1st in the 1st round is last in this round,the team who picked second in the first round pick second to last in the 2nd round, and so on and so fort.
3. Free for all
4- same as round 2
