To prove how much force/energy Hulk was able to generate during the Leviathan punch. Winner is determined by how close the final answer is using final BZ-corrected computations (after scrutiny from judges, if applicable) by %. Loser has to leave the forums for 1 month.
My estimation: 2312 ton-force
H1’s estimation: 41 tons
Rules:
The Leviathan's mass is assumed to be 1000tons.
Assumptions/values based on best evidence provided is used.
Lol,
1. Energy and Force are two different things. Hulk didn't supply the majority of the energy, it was the frictional force between the concrete and his feet.
2. The calculation was about the average force, not Force at an instant. For example, Hulk could have supplied a larger Force than 41 tons in that brief punch, but the whole process averaged to 41 tons. Actually more if we consider the pushing force of the leviathan (which is the force needed to propel it to that speed in a certain amount of time.)
3. Basically this debate boils down to which is more wrong
A. Initial speed of the leviathan the instant before the punch is 3m/s (which gives my result)
B. Time lasted for the whole process is 0.8s (which gives Nibedicus result)
