I found this on the official South Park site, and I found it kind of amusing...Create your own South Park character

Here's one I created earlier...South Park 'Sugar Kane'

Get the picture on your screen, and use the print screen commands to save it. If you cant save it, copy a screenshot and paste it into a paint program. Edit out everything but the picture, convert it to jpeg, and use the attachment option at the bottem of the reply box to upload it.

Let me be of assistance...this is the way I did it...

Once you have completed your character, press'print screen' and 'alt'; this will paste the page to your clipboard. Open a blank 'paint' window and 'paste'. Edit your picture...I then uploaded my image to 'upload it!' or you can upload your image by uploading it to this site by using the attachment facility (which wouldn't work for me!!)
