Tai Chi
has anyone done any Tai chi
I do it quite often and I was wondering if anyone had various techniques that could help me go further in my training
When I maditateI stand with my feet shoulder width apart and let my hands hang down at my sides and take short breaths in and long ones out while focusing on the third eye anyone interested I will be happy to teach you over the net

Tai Chi sounds really relaxing and interesting but I'm more into meditiation for that, and I'd really like to try yoga when my schedule evens out abit. But anyway I'm interested to see how this thread progresses if other people get into it
