Teenagers and Sex

I started this thread because I wanted everyone's opinion on young teenagers/teenagers having sex. For instance im part of a girls advice community on the net and there have been SO MANY 12 and 13 year olds saying they've had sex and/or are pregnant. It really annoys me. I mean, Im 15, turning 16 next month and I havent had sex before. Im not saying I wont, but I wouldnt have when I was supposed to be running around with my lil girlfriends, playing dress up, and playin with fking dolls! I read about this 13 year old girl that is going out with a 21 year old and she wants to have sex with him. THAT IS WRONG! Sex at that age is just wrong.

Indeed, sex at that age is wrong, though there's little anyone can do about it.

Sex at those young ages is wrong most of the time, there are of course exceptions but those are few...

Sex on 15, 16, 17 years old is perfectly normal however. The only real reason there are so many teenage pregnancies is bad education... Teach those children more and start talking about it like its a sin but more like its something natural and people will get smarter

Yea. Very much true that there is little that can be done about it. They'll regret it if they turn out pregnant. Id much rather lose my virginity to someone I loved around the age of 16-21 then lose it at 13-15 and break up with them a week later...

yea I agree and what I think is that they should start a sex ed class around 6th to 8th grade that is totally optional. I mean I know at that age there are going to be select kids that laugh/joke/make it all out to be one fricken circus but if its optional, those who want to learn can learn!

I dont mind teens having sex, if they knew about contranception, but they dont, because they're still wet behind their ears.

Underage sex, (at around 13-15 years old), is wrong, but look how f*cked up our society is. Kids are constantly being barraged by sexual images, and they must think, "Hey, let's try this out, I gotta' get me some"....
After 15 though, you really can't do much.
By that time, the Teens have hopefully learned as much as they can, and would do the moral thing, though it's not likely....

EDIT:
Morbid4Daniel> You'd disown your daughter for making a stupid mistake? For doing what society pushes on her each day?
Now that's just stupid.

unfortunately in hispanic culture we dont really do that. Our parents end up taking over the responsiblities and duties of our mistakes.

Sex at a young age can wait. I hold the belief that teens should just concentrate in other things instead of having sex. There is plenty of time and teens shouldn't just rush it. Despite their inner most desires they just should wait till get a bit older.

Omg Yes and speaking of society My county (NELSON) is """NUMBER 3""" on the teen pregnancy scale according to states and statewide. Excuse my language but there are a bunch of FKed up people around here and everything. I bet 1/3 of the population of my school have STD's.
