 Need help
This may sound kind of pathetic but i need someone to help me , this picture (below) is of the new doctor who , i need someone to help me describe the clothes on his upper body ( i know the lower half is pinstriped trousers and possibly tennis shoes) this is all for a friend of mine who is trying to cos-play as a character form a television show
