I read about this in the newspaper yesterday and thought it was pretty cool. Unfortunately you can't use it if you're asthmatic, though.

Yeah I thought that was ironic that diabetics got the inhaler (I am not sure of the propellant in the inhaler) and asthmatics got it taken away...........what a day for progress in medicine.

I heard you can get a device that can help improve your lungs...
The device makes it harder to breath, you take 30 breaths in the morning and after 3 weeks its improved your lungs muscels...
Parently really good for asthmatics... but I've yet to hear from someone whos used it...
