(Regarding the picture, if that girl's over thirteen, she's old enough to have sex in Tokyo. Make of that what you will--I certainly have views on this, although they fall somewhat short of "the ruination of civilization"--but if someone over the age of consent wants to eat phalic ice cream, it's not really any of my business.)

Not only is the picture in question so old as to warrant a "Mario in 11" remark, the fact that Japan is a cultural freakshow deserves a "Captain Obvious" picture and a "WELCOME TO THE INTARWEBS."
