Psychokinesis (< Greek øý÷ï- + êßíçóéò, literally "mind-movement") or PK, also known as telekinesis[1] (< Greek ôῆëå + êßíçóéò, literally "distant-movement") or TK, is defined according to the Online Medical Dictionary[2], published by the Department of Oncology, University of Newcastle upon Tyne, UK, as the following (used with permission): "the influence of mind upon matter, as the use of mental 'power' to move or distort an object." Psychokinesis may also be described by other names, such as remote influencing, distant influencing, remote mental influence, distant mental influence, and directed conscious intention.
Psi balls
A psi ball is claimed to be a psionic construct that is usually formed into a spherical shape by a practitioner of psionics, to be used in a variety of ways. Those who believe in their existence assert that they can be formed in a variety of different shapes, sizes and temperatures, depending on the creator's wishes and that they may also be formed at any location, even if the location is external to the creator's vision. Some people even believe these locations can include other dimensions, planes, or domains.
Psi balls are said to be capable of performing many different tasks, such as healing, protection, telekinesis, or sending short telepathic messages. The energy is said to come from both inside the mind of the practitioner and also from a variety of external sources, such as the Sun, the Moon and the Earth. "Energy" in this instance is a catch-all term for the unknown cause of the effects witnessed by practitioners of psionics. (see spiritual energy).
This subject is viewed with skepticism by most mainstream scientists and is considered pseudoscience because the nature of energy as defined by modern science does not generally support it being formed in or staying in a spherical shape without an enclosure of some kind. There have been no controlled scientific studies showing support for the existence of psi balls.
Many believers claim that psi balls are typically invisible and therefore may only be felt. However, people who claim to be skilled psychics claim to be able to construct psi balls that are visible to others, though there has been no proof of this. People who claim to be sensitive to auras also say they have the ability to detect invisible psi balls.
In many internet communities that practice psionics, the creation of psi balls is seen to be an essential skill and one of the first steps beginners may take in developing their psychic skills. On the contrary, many others who believe in psionics say that psiballs are a completely separate, unnecessary, or fictional aspect of psionics and should not be the first step a beginner takes.
1. Audiokinesis- Mental manipulation of sound waves. To alter a sound and that sounds frequencies, but mind the lack of potential of altering frequency itself. 2. Autokinesis - The mental manipulation of subatomic and atomic energies positive (positron), negative (electrons/negatrons) and neutral (neutron). Simply put, the ability to move and manipulate generalized energy with the mind. Gives birth to Thermokinesis. Give and Take. 3. Chronokinesis- The mental channeling ability manipulating time-recording history and temporal order. To access chronological accounts of events in a successive amount of years (similar to retro/pre/postcognition). Modern physics states i.e. the fourth dimensions is time which brings up the question: Is Chronokinesis a force manipulation originating in the fourth dimension, that which is and holds all time, history, present and probable future events? 4. Cryptokinesis\Hallucinakinesis: This is not a kinetic ability; this is merely a psychic ability primarily a form of Telepathic or Empathic Broadcasting or Suggestion in which the individual makes it appear he is invisible to others. This ability can be mistaken for Umbrakinesis in that in darkness and this kinetic can repel photons (light) as to create a shadow hiding them from view.
5. Dynamokinesis: Similar to Telekinesis, but is the manipulation of all of the four forces. (Electromagnetism, Gravity, Strong Nuclear Force, and Weak Nuclear Force.)
6. Gyrokinesis- This is not actually a psychic ability though some individuals do think it is by its name. Rather it’s almost a form of Yoga that works the entire body through 7 natural elements of spinal movement: forward, backward, left side, right side, left twist, right twist and circular, as well as all other joint articulation. This methodology systematically and gently works the joints and muscles through rhythmic and undulating exercises. Movement stimulates the body's internal organs and different corresponding breathing patterns are integrated. Basically body mechanics.
7. Hypnokinesis: Hypnotic suggestion via mental manipulation of theta waves in which are produced in the brain during deep trance. This entrancing ability is an actuality and tends to go hand in hand with pyrokinetics. This is merely the ability to send an individual into a trance like state and since it is one of the more chaotic of the kinetics it can be very unpredictable. 8. Magnokinesis- An electrokinetic ability, harnessing and creating electromagnetic fields, or a breakedown of telekinesis in which gravity is not manipulated. 9. Quantakinesis- Quantakinectic abilities work with duplication mental manipulation. This ability allows a kinetic to increase and decrease “quanta” of energy and matter and works along the same science as cell division and cloning that surpasses modern science today. In beginning and even advanced forms of this ability it is only he minor atomic and sub-atomic being manipulated. 10. Sonokinesis/Echokinesis- mental manipulation instrumenting acoustic pulse in air and water bases to measure distances in terms of the time for the echo of the pulse to return. 11. Terrakinesis- A spin off of Biokinesis involving the manipulation of plant life and earthly forms such as stone via the mind. See Biokinesis.
12. Thermokinesis- Includes inexpert Pyrokinesis and Cryokinesis. In early abilities and inexpert ones this ability is only able to increase and decrease temperatures while an expert is able to freeze and catch fire to. 13. Vitakinesis- This ability rejuvenates the healing of damaged tissue in the body and the mind through techniques listed as Latrosis, Mentatis, and Algesis. Most healers are able to use this form of ability at a smaller level and many more to help in the healing process. This gift would fall strongly under Quantakinesis for is works with cell division and rejuvenation of cells and it is a breakdown off of Biokinesis. In its advanced stages this ability can aide in complete recoveries for serious illnesses instead of just a form of continual treatment. Biokinesis.

I believe Humans are capable of many this including this.However I aslo think Telekinesis is the base of everything else.

I give you one example of my encounters with psi balls.I actually tried it a few times. However I gave up because I had a hard time concentrating.But I remember while doing it one day I began to meditate and place my hands in front of me like I was holding a ball.Then at one second or so I felt heat and energy being drained from methrough my fingers and to the palms of my hands. I really thought it was weird.

I'm not trying to convince you. I'm just telling you what I know and have done. But if there is anything else you would like to know or something you have to tell me feel free to say it.

Our energy is very powerful if one can concentrate enough. I believe it. It's part of creating as in the creation process. I believe we all can do these things to some degree and I know people who can do it quite well. People use this energy in healings also ..
