Pretty much the same, it really depends on the circumstances.

Incest can be worse cause its a family member.

But a brutal rape can be just as damaging.

Inces is not rape.

Rape is worse to me. Cause. Incest is absolutely acceptable.

incest alone implies mutual consent.
insestual rape is a loading of the question.

so between consentual sex between relatives and rape, i would say that rape is far worse...in fact i dont think a mutually consented act of deviency and a violent attack should even be compared. thats like asking "whats worse, smoking crack or getting raped".
