Alright. I have a project for one of my classes, and it involves taking a survey. If you feel like participating, go ahead. If you don't, don't tell me an idiot because I'm checking on a forum--I realize how skewed the answers will be and how inaccurately they will represent a proportion of the population. However, I require answers nonetheless. So, here we go.
1. How old are you?
2. What is your gender?
BEFORE CONTINUING, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:
For the purposes of this survey, the term “elective cosmetic alteration” (ECA) will be used to describe a variety of cosmetic procedures, both invasive and noninvasive. These include surgeries such as liposuction, face lifts, breast augmentations, and tummy tucks. They also include non-surgical procedures such as chemical peels, dermabrasion, and the use of Botox.
Furthermore, all instances of ECA in this survey are referring to cosmetic alterations that are not correcting birth defects, deformities, or any sort of physical anomaly that would impair the body’s natural function (such as having a cleft palate).
3. In 2005, Americans spent more than $12.5 billion on cosmetic procedures. What is your opinion on the amount spent?
I feel that Americans spent too much money on cosmetic procedures.
I do not feel that Americans spent too much money on cosmetic procedures.
I’m not sure how I feel about the amount spent/I have no opinion.
4. Would you ever consider having an ECA (or multiple ECAs)?
5. If you would have an ECA (or ECAs), how many would you have? (Count more permanent procedures such as face lifts as a single instance each, and count less permanent procedures such as Botox or collagen injections as a single instance as a whole.)
6. If you would have an ECA (or ECAs), how much money would you be willing to spend on it (or them) over the course of your lifetime (in the current value of the dollar)?
7. If you could have any number of ECAs for free, how many would you have?

4. Would you ever consider having an ECA (or multiple ECAs)?
-only in the case of injury/sickness leading to some type of freakish yet nonobstructive deformaty/scarring/etc. not for anti-aging or enhancing purposes.
thus i guess the rest of the questions are n/a for me.

Yes. IN cases of permanent, but fixable injury for example
5. If you would have an ECA (or ECAs), how many would you have?
Would probably depend on what my consideration turned out as. I think there's a maximum amount when it just becomes ridiculous, though.
6. If you would have an ECA (or ECAs), how much money would you be willing to spend on it (or them) over the course of your lifetime (in the current value of the dollar)?
Way too vague to answer I think.
7. If you could have any number of ECAs for free, how many would you have?

I would never get an ECA. I am excited to have my balls sag to the floor.

All the ways you wish you could be, that's me. I look like you wanna look, I **** like you wanna ****, I am smart, capable, and most importantly, I am free in all the ways that you are not.
Quick question: Let's say you were dating someone and you get real close to them. Later, you found our your partner had a gender change, would you stop dating them?

Probably. They weren't honest with me. Honesty is pretty important to me. However, I can understand why a person felt they couldn't be honest. They had better come up with a pretty grandiose excuse! And I better buy it for gods sake......but......
