Russia would be really interesting. I am thinking about England, specifically London right now though. Check out some of the sites and the bar/pub seen looks to be a lot of fun.

I recomend visiting America. They have a huge variety of beautiful women, AWESOME food with tons of variety, the people speak your native tongue (English), the military there is the best in the world, the police have a bias towards white people (A plus for you), and they have a celebrity president!

If you would like to visit Europe perhaps you could buy an InterRail pass, for cheap travel within Europe. That way you could visit a few places in Europe which might be of interest, like London, Paris, Berlin, etc. and you could also find the cheapest flight, whether Heathrow, Paris-Charles de Gaulle or Frankfurt (shop around might save a few bucks). You could also stay at Hostels, if you really don't want to spend much.
