I don't think he's racist, I think he's just stupid.
Example: he feels Bush hates black people, he feels MTV don't give black people enough "chances"; evidenced by his quote "Give a black man a chance!" from one of his past outbursts.

That's illogical. A racist certainly WOULD praise a person of the race they despise. Happens all the time in primary sources for stories told by ex-slaves or people who experienced racism. Never heard of a racist white dude praising a black person before? I have.
A blanket idea that a racist cannot praise the race of the target of their hate, is a bit naive, don't you think?
