I don't know. if you earnestly go into the relationship thinking that the other person is the opposite sex, then no you are not gay. I have seen some Thai guys, that after surgery, I swear I couldn't tell the difference. However, once it is realized that they aren't of the opposite sex, if you still proceed with said relationship, that is homosexual I would think.

When I was in Thailand with my girlfriend we came across a transsexual waitress at a restaurant who explained that homosexual men aren't turned on by a transsexual's feminine features.
But I don't know. Biologically speaking it's still a man, implants and a few hormone shots won't change that.
How so? i'm attracted to feminine features. The lady-man pretty much had all of them from non-nude perspective. Even the adam's apple was gone. Doesn't seem gay to me in the slightest.

Years ago I used to work security in a local brothel...basically we hired out rooms to the street hookers & trannies.
