Our Navy Is So Ridiculously Powerful We Can Beat The Entire Worlds Combined Navy A Few Times Over.
1. Will Any Country Ever Catch Up To Our Navy?
2. Would Any Country Dare Wage War Against USA For Any Reason?( Being That They Would Get Slaughtered) no nukes of course.
3. If The Above Is True , Then We Can Do Whatever The F*ck Want To Any Country ?
4. Lest Say We Get Invaded By Aliens, Basically Every Country In The World Would Be Fodder, The USA would Have To Beat Them Or We Just Lose (without using nukes), Most Countries Dont Even Have Jets, and the ones that do are far behind in technology compared to usa Jets
5. Will We Get To The Point Where We Are Thousands Of Times More Military Powerful Than Other Countires?

Concidering we spend more on military than all other nations combined.
Rich military.... poor country....
1. Will Any Country Ever Catch Up To Our Navy?
Not in this time period with global financial destruction, but eventually someone will.
2. Would Any Country Dare Wage War Against USA For Any Reason?( Being That They Would Get Slaughtered) no nukes of course.
They wouldnt have to. USA will eventually wage war with YOU. Depends on how effective the propaganda placed on the people is.
3. If The Above Is True , Then We Can Do Whatever The F*ck Want To Any Country ?
We pretty much already do with most. Giving foriegn aid to these oppresive leaders and maintain our control for whatever the end goal seems to be.
Aliens that can travel here should be able to rape us.
5. Will We Get To The Point Where We Are Thousands Of Times More Military Powerful Than Other Countires?
Doubt it. But we already spend 5 - 10 times more than every other country.

1. Obviously it's possible. We're talking hypotheticals anyway. Perceived dominance is largely just that, perceived.
2. Countries HAVE waged war on us as the dominant military power, or at least organizations. No one's dumb enough anymore to do "normal" invasions. Guerilla-style tactics will always be king against the superior power.
3. No, for hosts of legitimate reasons.
4. Facepalm is probably the appropriate response, and there's way too many things to cover before your question even starts to ask something meaningful.
5. Compared to some, we're already there. For developed countries, probably not. We're not growing as exponentially as we once were.
in the foreseeable future, in terms of sheer projection of force or just raw numbers, no.
China has focused much of its Navy on coastal defense, and may be superior in that type of thing, but in aggregate, America is quite a bit more "powerful" than they are.
A nation-state engaging them in direct conventional warfare? unlikely
Many nations will continue to fund non-state actors to use unconventional methods, however.
no, the best example of why being Iraq
any species with technology sufficent to travel to Earth from their planet would almost by definition have to be so far ahead of us technologically that their even passive interaction with our society would cause it to collapse. If they attempted to attack us it would be a massacre. I'm not even sure we could develop meaningful asymmetric tactics.
it would depend how you measure "power", but sure, you already do spend far more than that on your military compared to other nations.
I like how Halo presents the concept of the human-alien war--where the Covenant absolutely demolish all human resistance if their aim is simple destruction (orbital bombardment ftw) but have trouble when they actually have to conquer a planet (in all cases because that planet contains Forerunner artifacts).

Well, that depends on the definition of alien invasion. A meteor carrying a deadly extraterrestrial extremophile microbe crashing into Earth and then spreading said microbe throughout the population, could very well be deemed an "alien invasion". Our medical science might eventually come up with a cure to "defeat" this invading force, thereby providing an exception to the more traditional scenario.

sure, there are any number of strange alien species or scenarios we could come up with to violate what I wrote, but the intent of the OP is pretty obvious.
CBC isn't talking about some ooze being that propels itself of solar wind which toxifies the atmosphere when it arrives on Earth, you know? He is talking about military conflict between asymmetric forces.
