I was born to change the whole world and its entire systems and govern the nations and kingdoms of the universe from the dominant city and feeding the whole world.

To rule the world as a single governing entity....wow. I think one would need to effect a major shift in human social behavior.
Forced rule is extremely costly in every way and eventually self destructive, so people will have to consent to this world government. And as we exist today-that aint happening. So the ability to accomplish a lasting world government would have to start with some form of telepathy of a global scale.
