How often do you get mad?

And when you do, what do you do for a cool down?

If its so mad i need a cool down then, not often anymore. Used to be daily before i retired from the Army.

To cool down, back then some time alone, a few smokes at work, then prodigious amounts of alcohol once home.
Nowadays, just a walk and a smoke'll do it.

Seeing other people get angry seems to keep me calm. When I was a kid I had a temper (so my mum tells me anyway) various experiences taught me patience growing up though.

Nowadays I rarely get angry, can't remember the last time actually.

I've been angry about stuff on KMC, twice. That one time AC was talking down to everyone about Watchmen and that one time with that one person that I cannot talk about for a reason I cannot reveal.
