Of course it matters. The Obama administration cant get away with this. Clinton certainly cant get away with this. Trump really needs to bring this up at the next debate.

Trump can lock her up for treason and crimes against the state as soon as he takes office. Its that simple. He does not even need the supreme court.
Comey said she got off cause she did not show intent to break the law.
But those laws does not require you to prove intent.
