1. Arc Reactor (Iron Man) - Its just a miniturised fusion reactor.
2. Spaceship (Something much better than space shuttles).
3. Anti Gravity.
4. Robots with fuel cells/power cores (terminator/I am legend).
5. Planet terraforming.
