When trying to post a avatar..........

When trying to post a avatar..........

No matter how small the picture is this is what it says:

That image is too large. The maximum dimensions are 64 by 64 pixels

What am I doing wrong?

The Board is rigged. You have to submit all your avatar and sig pic choices to be APPROVED by our beloved Mod-Squad. So if you aint one of their Beloved Little Boot Lickers....well You are just buck out of luck.

Or I may be wrong on this...
