Can't watch it here, but does it blame the medical system for not adhering to normal principles of supply and demand like other businesses, and instead aim at milking the various insurances for as much as they can get?
I'd imagine that at least has something to do with it, as colleges/universities are well known for using the tactic of raising tuition just enough to "capture" any financial aid, while leaving the students as broke as they would have been pre aid.
Gotta love Liberal universities sucking their liberal students dry.
