Jack Ryan is a character from the Tom clancy novel's of which some have been made into movies
he is played by alec baldwin in: "the hunt for red october"
he is played by ben affleck in: "the sum of all fears"
and he was done twice by Harrison ford once in: "patriot games" and once in....

William Wallace is the scottish peseant who started their revolution against the english in the moive "called Braveheart"
played by Mel Gibson

Tony Damato is a football coach for the Miami sharks played by Al pacino in the movie"Any given sunday"

The problem isn't the guy flick, its the american football (though i've seen same cool movies about the subject one with Gene Hackman and keanu reeves pops to mind though i dont remember the title) and Al Pacino! Dont really like him.
