1) Trump is morbidly obese. That comes with a host of health issues and a reduced life span.
2) Individuals that have more liberal ideas or are left-leaning do not automatically have the moral high ground.
3) You can still be a moral person and point out when someone is grossly overweight. This is also not an unavoidable disease or disability.

All this is correct. I don't think any Trump supporter truly believes Trump is not overweight. I did laugh at Pelosi's comment because it will probably piss Trump off.
However, I can just imagine what the reaction would be if a Republican called Stacy Abrams morbidly obese. I suspect there would be a lot of outrage from democrats and the media.

Have to agree with DDM, his gut is far more inline with a man who doesn't watch what he eats or exercises. While his ass is more like the womanly ass of a woman in her 60's.
