Agree with Trump here. Giuliani’s performance in and out of the courts was abysmal and laughable. Basically made a joke of the whole “fraud” argument. Of course, since there was no evidence that was strong enough to present in court with a straight face I guess some of that is not completely his fault. But letting his hair dye leak down his head was a bad look. Hilarious though.
Rudy's implied (threatened) in the past that he knows where 'the bodies are buried', so to speak concerning Trump. So Trump might want to pay up for the shoddy work.
The problem is that attorneys are not paid for their work product, they are paid for their time. So if you are dissatisfied with their work product, you just do not use them again. But if they billed hours, you still have to pay them.
