“The people of Great Britain don’t take part, in this instance, in the change of government. The ruling elites there have their arrangements,” -/sic/ Putin on the election of Britain's new Prime Minister.

Meh, it's the same every time the ruling party changes leader. It's how Gordon Brown got in, and the Tories were whining about him not being elected at that time.
A GE will come in a couple of years. Then people can have their say between the Only Two options they have (which goes back to Putin's point).
Due to the crash and he felt in calling the election the UK should choose, the Tories austerity, or his plans. Not perfect I'll grant you PMs should call a GenerL Election if they are voted in by their party.
No she's not. Boris would at least give funny digs when he was backed in the corner. Truss relies solely on Tory backbenchers cheering her.
Add that to her atrocius economic policies (plays the sympathy card for big corporations paying taxes) that your average Joe can simply not sympathise with, and the Tories have royally screwed themselves by voting her in.
But think of all the 2nd or 3rd yachts those CEOs won't be able to buy if we make them pay their fair share, that means less yachts being built, which means those yacht builders can't pay their workers which means their children starve.
As an outsider, I found it odd when she blamed the Labor party for not building more nuclear power plants when they were in power, but I don't think the Tories oversaw any plans under their reign?
"We're just going to give the already wealthy more money at your expense because they're our buddies, they're us", but that's more honest, some would say.
You guys seem f***ed until you vote this trash can out.
