Fox News must face Smartmatic's lawsuit over election-rigging claims
NEW YORK, Feb 14 (Reuters) - A New York state appeals court rejected Fox News' bid to dismiss a multibillion-dollar defamation lawsuit accusing the network of falsely accusing an electronic voting systems company of helping rig the 2020 U.S. presidential election to favor Joe Biden over Donald Trump. -snip
After Fox settled on the last minute for 787.5 million with Dominion, Fox showed they're willing to payout a boatload to avoid going to trial, so that's the starting point.

While true and it's legit shame as taking Fox to court to further expose them would be a win for Democracy considering Jan 6th and everything that lead up to the attack.
But it still brings a smile to my face that Fox has to pay on some level.

fox is just learning to be careful not to be overly-blatant when smearing giant corporations. yet this will not deter them from lying about election officials and causing them to receive 24/7 death threats from basement dwelling incels. there is no added protection for them, none for you, and none for me
