My brother wants to join the KMC forums too but since we share the same computer it won't let him.. is there anything we can do who he can join?

You could PM Raz and explain the situation to him, maybe his admin authority could do something about your situation.

it's possible. my friends hve made accounts on the same computers. it's easy.

Creating accounts on the same PC is usually not allowed, due to people creating socks.
