Still need assistnace. Damnit!!!
I still can't find the software I need in order to place text over graphics or my pictures. Very few things frustrate me. This isn't one of them but I still want to rectify this problem. So please help if you can and don't be vauge.

Most, if not all computers have MS Paint installed already on them, you can use that. Start->All Programs->Accessories->Paint __________________
