Raz, I 'd like for the smilies to have some kind of recongisable name so people can use them as opposed to just add them randomly.
I'll be happy to re-name some if its possible for mods to edit uploaded smilies (although that seems too administratory)

This doesn't seem too offensive to me, it's more of just a joke.
The wanker smilie is a bit offensive, I personally don't complain about it other then the fact it has been over used.
