How would one post video clips as avatars? (Avatars in Motion)

How would one post video clips as signatures?

Is it comprehensible.....

Maybe not Video Clips. But animated Gifs.

You can use animated gifs for avatars/sigs so long as they fit the size limits.

As to posting a video clip in a post, you can't; but you can upload the clip somewhere (yousendit, rapidshare, etc) and link it.
