ok so im trying to resize a pic and it keeps sayin that i have too many kb.. whatever that is.. how do ya change it?

It's probably saved as a bitmap image, try saving it as a Jpeg image.

Could always just resize it using Paint.

If you're using Photoshop, then Save for Web and check the size in the bottom left corner, if it's too large then change the quality of the pic to a lower setting.
{I know she already got it but I figured that might help other people}
