I can't make threads?

 I can't make threads?

I tried making the same thread in the OTF thrice, and nothing happened.

EDIT: Nevermind. Gah. Limme try again.

EDIT X2: Yeah, I can't make threads in the OTF, but I can make threads here. It says it will jump to my thread after the page loads, but I go right back to the OTF page. Any ideas?
