converting .rar to .mov or.mp4?

converting .rar to .mov or.mp4?

Hey! I just downloaded ffvii advent children and I want to get it into my ipod video. The problem is, the file is a .rar and itunes can only play .mov files or .mp4
Can anybody help me? What should I do?

If it's illegal we cant help you.
and secondly rar is not a video format, it's a compressed file.
you need to know a bit more about computers, before asking stupid questions.

Illegal? It's perfectly legal converting file types. The fact that it's an illegal file doesn't mean we can't help him.
