How do you be a modorator or a co-modorator? I would like to know, so I can make my own Message Board (at my non-Star Wars site)better.

I also wondered (but forgot to write it), can I be a co-modorator or whatever? And, I wanted to know what the names under the username are, and how you get them. (Padawan, Knight etc...) Is it for how long you have been with the site, or how helpful youare to disscussions?
