 Help on movie title

Hi,
I wonder if you can help me find a martial arts movie I saw on HBO maybe 3 or 4 years ago.
It looked pretty recent, chinese, with subtitles. It was about a woman swordsman-swordswoman? and a male hero who she's in love with. As far as I can remember he gets poisened and gets saved by a woman poisener martial artist who also falls for him.
Theres lots of violence-well of course. I know this is sketchy but it was an exellent movie and thats about all I remember as my memory is piss poor.
