top visonary directors
They are the cream of the crop
Directors whos visions have etched into our brain and stayed there.
Mine would have to included
James Cameron
Michael Mann
Peter Jackson
Stanley Kubrick
Steven Spielberg
Martin Scorsese
David Fincher
Ridley Scott
George Lucas (Star Wars only)
Just think how different film and life would be if that list decided not to become filmmakers.

Good list.
I think Jackson, and Fincher should be not included. Not because i think they suck but just not proven. Jackson has arguebly three great films, but their the same subject matter and i would like to see future films. Fincher hasnt really made alot of great films. Seven and Fight Club are good, but i dont think great. Just too early to tell.
I would include Quentin Terantino for the reason that his techniques were copied so easily after his movies. Once Pulp Fiction came out, everybody wanted a non linear storyline.

Vision, the whole kit.
How their whole storytelling gift made the films what they are.
Do this help?
