Contraband (1980)
Contraband is one Lucio Fulci's best gangster film. It's has been re-relase on DVD and I'm glad I got to see this movie because I love Fulci's work! Basically is the story of a new mob moving into the town of Naples. The new mob wants to organize and take over the other mob leaders business (who mostly smuggle cigarretes by boats). They refuse and all hell breaks loose. This movie packs some great violent scenes, and the gore looks great! If you enjoy Fulci's movies check this one out. Not a great gangster movie, but because Fulci is directing is worth checking out!
