Female Nudity = P3-13 or R ; Male Nudity = .....NC-17?!
Anyone noticed that ANY movie that contains male nudity concerning the male gentitals is automatically rated NC-17....while a woman's breasts can be as lowly rated as PG-13 (i.e. Titanic). Me confused. __________________

As someone has said before....Breasts are not part of the genitalia....they are allowed to be exposed...it's not undecent...just in societies moral behaviour it is seen as nudity....

I think there is a difference between "full nudity" and "full nudity" ....still I think the reason is that Breasts are not comparable with Penises...if you see the Female Genitalia it will be rated similar.....
