Currently obsessing oveI'm an author/journalist for Slate, Salon, New York Times, etc. Writing a book on the Columbine killers for Dutton.

I love pop culture, including books, films, TV and music. Some of my film faves:

Brokeback Mountain, Wild at Heart, Moulin Rouge, Trust, Eternal Sunshine, Hope & Glory, My Own Private Idaho, Grifters, Heathers, Harold & Maude, 35 Up, Streetcar, Living Out Loud, Manny & Lo, Life of Brian, S&R Get Laid, The Big Sleep, Ulee's Gold.

Currently obsessing over Brokeback Mountain. Saw it at the Denver Film Fest and it was even better than the book. Amazing "book."

Built a website with every imaginable link.r Brokeback Mountain. (Hopefully it's in my signature. My review of the film is linked there, too. Would love to hear what people think of it.)
