 Jerry Lewis Orders a Cheese Sandwich?

Okay, it might not be Jerry Lewis, but it seems like it was. I worked for 10 days at an Olive Garden in the late 80s and part of the server training involved watching this hysterical bit where Jerry Lewis orders a cheese sandwich in a diner, but the waitress says they don't have cheese sandwiches. So JL tries to get her to bring him a ham sandwich without the ham... or something like that. Title anyone? Maybe it's from a comedy show.
