The Hiswelóke is one of the best - if not THE best - Sindarin dictionary available online.
Best source for Quenya is still Ardalambion ( www.ardalambion.com )
On Ardalambion you also find loads of different quenya compositions, poems and for example the Quenya translation of the first paragraphs of the Bible.
Even more are available here http://www.elvish.org/gwaith/language1.htm - in many different languages and also etymologically interesting ones in Old Sindarin, Middle Sindarin and so on.
Some texts Tolkien made himself:

[the upper text is not exactly correct because I noticed afterwards that I had forgotten the accents... usually it's "Ilú Ilúvatar en káre Eldain a Firimoin, Ar antaróta mannar Valion - Númessier" and so on... sorry]

"I love you" is "Le melin" or "Le melon" in Sindarin...
I'm not sure because the dictionaries can never decide if it's supposed to be an a- or and i-Verb...

Well, the elves usually didnt use any word for "to be" - they had "na-", but that was used rarely. they just dropped it and sometimes used just the pronouns ("He is old" - san iaur "he old").
You could use "Eneth nín Melani" or "Ess nín Melani" for "my name is melani; other possibility: "Melani aen estar nín" ("I am called Melani")

esta is a verb, not a noun so "Eneth nín Mélani" or "Ess nín Mélani" - elves usually put the possessive pronouns after the corresponding nouns
