About Lee's scenes - he said that there were like five different versions filmed of his death, the best-known one is in Orthanc where Grķma pulls Saruman off his balcony and Grķma is shot by Legolas.
Theres a rumour saying this scene will take the whole 7 minutes of Sarumans screentime in ROTKEE

anyways there was a translated spanish website which was posted on here which showed Extended Edition pictures ie mouht of sauron, merry and pippin at Edoras and also Sarumans death,
Theoden takes pity on Grima until saruman reveals that it was Grima who sent Theodens son Theodread to his death!

there was a thread before which had stuff about that, just go back and look at past threads and youll find it, heres a link with some extra pics that i think have some stuff with saruman, or at least scouring of shire, these are pics also that wernt int he extended editons also, its fomr some other thread about it
