But Smaug as intelligence, jeweled armor, can breath fire, and he's f*cking huge. He wins.

But a balrog could swallow both.

The Nazgul's fallen beast is out of match, but I don't know who would win between a Balrog and Smaug. I know that a Balrog vs the cold drakes of the ancient world wouldn't stand a chance, for it says that they were the most powerful creatures of their time. Against Smaug, I don't know thought.
