EDIT: Alright "Hobbitism" is a little funny. I think conditions like this can be fixed in twenty years. Brain mapping and nanosurgical advances would allow a surgeon to reconstruct the brain entirely, but his current behavior just wouldn't exist anymore. Imagine that.
