the show has already finished several episodes, to see them compare both ancient and modern warfare/tactics and pit warriors from different regions and time periods is very entertaining. The most recent match-up (shaka zulu vs. william wallace) has already started much controversy on the internet (mostly racial)
well in monks vs. Maori, although the Maori had the better weaponry (they won 3 out of the 4 weapon tests) they monks won the over all fight due to the other factors that weigh in (speed, and technique)
ofcourse they did, but that was only one weapon, whereas the Maori has every other weapon advantage, the host said that the monks proficiency and skill was what won them against the Maori.
