(Deadliest Warrior)Samurai vs Knight
If these two warriors fought on deadliest warrior who would win.
Samurai: Katana, Naginata, Yumi, Kanabo
Knight: Broadsword, Halberd, Corssbow, Morning star, Plate Armor
Close Range: Katana vs Broadsword
Mid Range: Naginata vs Halberd
Long Range: Yumi vs Crossbow
Special Weapons: Kanabo vs Morning star
In your opinion which weapon would get the edge over the other.

Close range: Knight. He has a piercing edge, and two cutting edges. Samurai has only one cutting edge, also, keep in mind, that the knight has plate armor that would repel the samurai's strikes.
Mid Range: Samurai. I defenitely see the more maneuverable naginata outdoing the halberd and then being way more accurate.
Long range: crossbow. the crossbow can pierce plate armor, much less the samurai's chain.
Morning star would tear up the kanabo, and as heavy as the club is; i dont see it getting through the plate armor.
Knight wins just because of his armor and the fact that his weapons are made to penetrate armor.

I think if the Samurai has long range, the knight could close in on horseback.
