So Palpatine and Dooku (What was his Sith name?)
Then Palpatine and Anakin/Darth Vader

And, BTW, how does Ani or anyone for that matter aquire their Sith name?

Dooku's Darth name is Tyrranus

It goes like this:

Sidious and Maul
Sidious and Tyrranus
Sidious and Vader

Darth Sidious had a problem keeping apprentices didn't he?
