The Resurection
After the battle between Anakin and Obi Wan when he falls into the molten lava pit maybe Anakin really does die.Once Palpatine discovers this he could somehow resurect him being so force-sensitive.Palpatine would then salvage what remains of his body and puts him in the Vader suit. And when Obi Wan discovers he's alive that would really be a shocker. Now I don't know if this is true but it would make for some great disputing.

Obi Wan know Vader was alive, in fact I think he knew he would face him on the Death Star even before they boarded the station.
I suggest he had a future vision, nothing specific but enough to see things coming full circle.

Re: the resurrection
That would be cool to see it happen.

Re: the resurrection
Vader will NOT be a clone! Why? Well because that would through the whole idea of OB1's history with him, the Jedi Prophesy and the value of his redemption in ROTJ.
I would bet serious money that the Anakin we see at the end of ROTJ is the grown up version of Jake?Hayden and is not some cloned cells picked from a lava pit.
Also, unless you believe in genes carrying memories, how would vader have any memory of OB1 training him, etc.
Think about it.

Re: the resurrection
I don't think he is a clone just the same Anakin brought back to life.

someone possessed me this morning and wrote that!!
"Hey jabba, even I get boarded sometimes!!"
"you said you wanted to be around when I made a mistake.....well this could be it!!"
I make a full retraction of the DNA idea ratcat.
