According to US weekly, (my girlfriend reads it) the scene with Qui Gon Ginn was never filmed. A shame for sure. More General Grevious scenes would be great.
longer dooku scene...some of it was cut...same wiht anakin obi wan duel and also the mace vs. palps fight had more dialoge before the fight and before anakin/palpatine killed mace

I would say there is a 99% chance that the QGJ scene will not make the DVD, best hope is for an extended explanation from Yoda. Hopefully Anakin and Obi dropping into the fuel level of GG's ship will be put in, as well as Anakin stalking Shaak Ti.
Oh and of course more duels. Mainly Dooku and THE DUEL!
Who ever said the Qui Gon talking Yoda scene would be filmed? I would be quit surprised actually if they filmed that scene, it would all be digital, meaning ILM could work on it now and put it with the DVD when it comes out.

My prediction (i.e. hopeful list) -- lets see how well this holds up... and no copying
Combat on the Trade Federation Cruiser
Bail Organa’s Office
Veranda at Sunset
Obi-Wan Visits Padme’s Apartment
The Chancellor’s Office
Rampage on Utapau
Utapau Underwater Caves
Extended Lake on Kashyyyk Village Edge Sequence
Qui-Gon’s Teachings (reincorporated)
Yoda’s Exile on Dagobah
More dialogue when they go to arrest the Chancellor..I wouldn't want. It's best the way it was..no crap between them..straight and to the point. "In the name of the Galactic Senate of the Republic, you are under arrest Chancellor."
Unless they can somehow digitally create Liam Neeson's voice (which I doubt very much they can do) I'm fairly certain the Qui Gon scene will not be on the DVD.
